Home move issues

Hi Jojo,
Can you take a look at this ticket for me please?

I moved house, and had to get a BT line installed.  Once it was in, I called and asked to move numbers for ADSL, and at the same time asked to move to the Extra package as I will need more than 10Gb of data per month.
I have checked, and it seems that this was not done.  I have done it myself, but, of course, I missed the start of the billing period by approximately 12 hours.  This means that this month, I could be liable for some extra usage charges which I should not have if I had been moved over to the Extra Package when I asked.
Also, the High Speed Broadband page is showing my old number as the ADSL number, and not my new one.

Hi nabllik,
I've changed the number now, although this would have happened automatically once the order completed. Can you tell me how/when you requested to be changed to extra?

I asked to move to Extra last week when I called about the house move.
It's all sorted now though.
