Home Phone Referral dropped off list

I recently changed Home Phone product which moved me to one of the new options (Talk Evenings and Weekends).
However, the person who referred me has reported that I'm no longer showing on his list of referrals (broadband is but phone isn't).
Is this a temporary glitch (will it reappear on my billing date) or does it need someone to fix it manually?

Hmm.  I should think that it will appear on the next billing date.
Are they still seeing the broadband referral?

Broadband referral is still there, it's just the phone that's dropped off.

Actually.  I think we're okay.
A new token is generated every time you are billed.  You haven't been billed yet.
The "component" on your account that generated a referral is no longer present, because you've changed product.  So now once you have been billed on the new component (new product) the token should then be generated and you're referrer should then see you in his list again.

Thanks James.
I'll pass that on to him.  He'll no doubt keep an eye on things Smiley

Re: Home Phone Referral dropped off list

Actually, it looks like there was a bug - the referrals system wasn't picking up the new phone products. This has been fixed now, so your phone product should be showing on your referrer's account. It seems to have forgotten about the previous referral tokens generated under the old phone product, though. This is just a display issue; we can see the referral tokens in our system, and any previously unpaid tokens will be redeemed on your referrer's next billing day.
I'll add the display issue to the list of 'things to fix' Wink

Yep, all seems to be fine now.
I was about to post about home phone referrals dropping off my own referrals list but they've now reappeared Cheesy
