Home Phone - Cancellation stopped

HI,

 

I'm trying to switch to different provider (TalkTalk) and I've received this email from Plusnet:

 

Thanks for deciding to stay with Plusnet.

You request to move your Home Phone product away has now been cancelled.

This email confirms that your transfer has stopped and that your Home Phone product won't be changed.

 

But I haven't tried to stop the move, and when I sign into my new TalkTalk account it says the move is going smoothly.

These are just auto-emails. Everything is a mess at the moment and PlusNet have chosen to ignore all phone calls and emails. I wouldn't choose a new provider unless you can be sure that they will complete the transfer.

Yikes that sounds pretty bad, I guess I'll just wait and see.

@elliotgehin We cannot cancel your order unless you ask us to, it sounds like the new provider has cancelled your order so please get in touch with them. There is nothing we can do on our end. Smiley
