Is it possible to get my account put on some type of hold. We are an air cadet unit and have been stood down until the 31st August 2020 so we are not allowed into our buildings so dont want to be paying for a connection we are not using.

Yer customers seem to be just that, even their web chat is offline meaning that they aren't even working from home to help us.

Web chat has been closed down (about 2 months ago). Support is supposed to be either phone or forum now. Not really sure how well that is working though!
