Her we go again

Once again I have been billed incorrectly and Plusnet billing system are coming up 404.  Once again even though I have a line rental saver I have been billed for line rental. This is completely unacceptable.  Why or why am I continuously having billing issues.  Can some one give a very good explanation why this has happened once again.
