Your service is probably restricted. You will have to ring them..
They did exactly the same to me yesterday. Couldn’t get online to pay it. They sent a text at 4.35 saying the payment didn’t go through I immediately went online to pay, restricted service. That’s not supposed to happen until 14 days after a failed payment. Lovely company NOT.
