Help taking payment today please

Hi

I need to pay my bill today but the link in the email isnt working, ive set my payment method to card but its not taking it and i need to pay it today, can a staff member PM me please?

Hi there.

Looking into this I'm afraid the only way to pay other than online if you're unable to would be over the phone either by calling us on 0800 432 0200. Alternatively we'll be happy to call you back if you can advise when you'll be free for a call?

Ive managed to enter my card details as payment method, but I want the payment taken today (supposed to be paid on monday)

 

can someone call me asap Im in the house, I will plug the house phone in if your calling that, im in now and free for the next hour
