Hello. I tried to order a broadband package from you online on Tuesday 14th.Everything was going well,filled in all my details,you took the first payment of £21.99,set up the direct debit etc; When pressing the final button to confirm the deal I was presented with an onscreen error message " We`re just experiencing a few technical difficulties."
As I have had no email communication from you and the username and password I supplied are not recognised it is safe to assume nothing went through.
So,the question is,how do I go about getting my money back ? Here`s hoping someone will know
