Hello. I tried to order a broadband package from you online on Tuesday 14th.Everything was going well,filled in all my details,you took the first payment of £21.99,set up the direct debit etc; When pressing the final button to confirm the deal I was presented with an onscreen error message " We`re just experiencing a few technical difficulties."
As I have had no email communication from you and the username and password I supplied are not recognised it is safe to assume nothing went through.
So,the question is,how do I go about getting my money back ? Here`s hoping someone will know

Can a staff member confirm that they have read this message please ?
I suspect you have but have no idea as to how to go about fixing it.
If so can you please advise who exactly to contact in order to get my money back.
I can`t raise a ticket because I don`t have an account !
