Help, can't get customer care on phone

I have been trying for days now to get through to customer care and all I get is the same message, this line is now closed.

I'm going through a hell of a time, I need help with my bill, i have actually just broken down because this tipped me clean over the edge. 

I have ADHD so this is a massive thing for me if it seems insignificant to you. 

Please help or give me a number that doesn't constantly tell me this line is now closed.

I used the text bot to get an engineer to phone  me, I explained to accounts and billing what had happened and he basically called me a liar

That's the first time I've heard that this week" in fact that's the first time I've ever heard that" 

I I'm absolutely disgusted. 

I mentioned it was on here on. The forums and didn't even get acknowledged.

@Rydemper What number are you ringing, and from a land-line or mobile? There have been instances where some calling from mobiles have encountered this issue previously.

So why doesn't the agent just say that in stead of calling me a liar politely? 

I'm using a mobile and the 0800 the 033 numbers both are give me the same message. 

I don't know what to do

OK. I have a suspicion that a very, very, few mobiles are somehow not ringing through properly, probably due to poor call-routing.

No good tonight, as they are, I think, genuinely closed after 1900, but try 0800 013 2632 tomorrow morning. This number may also fail, if my call-routing suspicion is correct, but it is worth a try.

In the meantime, I will tag a couple of the Forum Help Team staff and see if they can offer any help. @Tina11192  / @Windings ?

@Rydemper Hi there, i can see you managed to get through to us late last night, apologies it was a struggle to get through to us. 

could you provide me with the two numbers you mentioned that wasn't letting you get through, Most of our departments lines are usually open until 8pm so not too sure what's going on but like @jab1 mentioned, we've had instances of this before. 

Any info would be appreciated as i can raise it internally through the appropriate channels. 

I did try to give you a call to have a quick chat about this but couldn't get through, apologies if i called at a bad time.

@Windings I suspect they were 0330 123 9123 and 0800 432 0200, as those are the only two immediately available, unless you know where to look.
