I am new and have trouble finding help assistant to update a support queation raised - can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks.

If you have raised a question, just log into your account - it should be on the homepage.

Yes, I can see it but the email said you were able to add comments? Can't see that option...

If you open the question - right at the bottom, it should say something like 'I need to add further comments'.

Nada and in the email I only get an option to review.

Ignore the email - open the question from the portal, and you should get something like this at the bottom:

You cannot communicate with or reply to Plusnet via emails. They simply do not receive them, or if they do, delete them on receipt without reading.. As advised, reply to the ticket.

Nope, when I log in to my account it shows the question and that's it. No otjer options. Maybe it's because I am new....

Try clicking on 'view' - far right.

Its possible that the question has been raised as a 'closed' one. In which case there will be no option to add further details

No, it just shows the whole messag but no navigations options at all.
