The Help assistant for my account doesn't appear to be functioning correctly - yesterday I received details via e-mail of a question raised by Plusnet (Question #204498112, about subscription renewals/payments), but can find no means of responding via Help assistant.
The question can be viewed, but not answered - clicking on 'Back' simply shows the same page again.
I have replied to the Plusnet e-mail message via e-mail, reply pending.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
