Help Needed

Hello,
I've been trying to access my internet this morning, but keep geting a message from plusnet saying "sorry to interrupt your browsing, we've been unable to make a payment." so i went to check whats happening, in my account and it says there is no unpaid invoices. and all the latest bills was paid fully by direct debit. so whats going on?

Hmm, not sure - does it still happen if you disconnect and reconnect the ADSL?
