Help For non tech relative

is it possible for someone at Plusnet to help my relative who has been a customer of Plusnet for 10 years and moved home hoping to take Plusnet with him, but even though he has made several calls to yourselves and even been setup with a new account after being told that he has to abandon his old one has been without any service for 6 weeks!! The order process appears to be frozen..

I'm really sorry for the delay and how we've handled this.
I've spoken with them and I'm taking this on personally moving forward, planning to follow up tomorrow.
