Help! A bit confused following your email. Can someone please help (regarding new pricing) ?

Hello,

I'm on the Fibre Unlimited package and pay £19.99 per month with a yearly line rental of £185.88 per year. 

 

The email from Plusnet says you are introducing new monthly payments of £28.50 per month including line rental.

 

Currently paying - £19.99 x 12 + £185.88 /year =  £35.48 per month

                                                         Your Offer  = £28.50 per month

 

A nice saving, but what I have not seen is HOW I change over to this package? Will it be available to me once my yearly line rental payment has expired (around 20th Jan 2018) ?

 

I would be grateful for someone from Plusnet to reply. Thanks.

Please note that the legacy Plusnet Unlimited Fibre (£19.99) package is provisioned on 80/20, however the current Unlimited Fibre package is provisioned on 40/2.

To stay on an 80/20 product, you'd be looking for Unlimited Fibre Extra.

I'd recommend giving our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 013 2632 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving) to discuss re-contracting offers on one of our newer fibre packages.

Our offers change fairly regularly, so it would be impossible for me to confirm or deny that.
