Maximum extra monthly spend: should be £0.00, if you set £5.00 or more you get charged £5 every time you go over your monthly download cap.

If you buy extra broadband usage you must use it with in the time limit I.E. before your next billing date.
If you don't want to buy extra broadband usage go in to the members portal and change your broadband settings.
[Edit]
Gus, beat me to it.

Yes I know this... what I'm getting at is why the remainder of the 5GB which is left over (that you have paid for remember) is not put over to the next month..

It simply doesn't work like that, some months I use 30 gig of my 60gig. Most months I use it all then there are months I use just 30gig, then the left over bandwidth is gone once I start a new month as I pay monthly.
No ISP could plan for bandwidth usage if it rolled over every month

Well it seems to me that these ISP ppl are making alot of money for no service.. cos if you pay for it you should be able to use it.. not charge you £5 and then take the service away..

Andrews and Arnold allow usage to roll over one month - but then look at their prices in the first place! (on 20CN 10GB weekdays daytime, 50GB evenings and weekends, ultra low price (near as dammit unmetered) is just 2am to 6am: £47.30).
jelv (a.k.a Spoon Whittler) Why I have left Plusnet (warning: long post!) Broadband: Andrews & Arnold Home::1 (FTTC 80/20) Line rental: Pulse 8 Home Line Rental (£14.40/month) Mobile: iD mobile (£4/month) |
