Held Question #145474587 regarding Referral payments not getting Automatically paid has been closed

Hi, I had Question #145474587 which related to my referrals that were not getting automatically credited to my account for some reason with a problem your end.  The Question started on 6th March 2017 which means that I get a credit note every few months.

On Monday 21st August you stated that a credit would be applied to my bank account within the next  5 - 10  working days. To date this has not yet happened.

Also the question did not get put on hold, which it usually does , but was automatically closed. 

I did have difficulty then finding it and bringing it up. I see I am not able to add to the question so I am writing here on this forum.

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel in relation to this problem on my account with referral discount referring back to me just by it being deducted from my monthly fee to you rather than this credit every month or two ?
