Haven't received a reward card email

Hi my account has been live for around a month but I have yet to receive any £75 reward email which was offered when I signed up

I think there's a few of us in the same boat. I raised an item last week and one of the Plusnet staff, @KatieC , picked it up. I sent a PM with my details and then a chase up and ............. nothing yet.
