Have not received my Amazon gift card?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can help. I swapped over to plus net in July 2020 when an offer was on for an amazon gift card. I have never received an email for me to redeem this. How do i go about it? Live chat is no use. On hold for ages on the phone and no email address. Thanks
