My telephone and Broadband service went live on 6/7th December. I have checked all the junk etc etc folders on my e mail server. As yet however I have not received the promised e mail from Plusnet which will enable me to claim the £50 which was part of the offer I signed up for. What should be my next step please? Thank you
I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard about your cashback yet. I've chased this up with the adviser that's raised this with our cashback team to further investigate. We haven't heard back yet, but we'll let you know via this ticket when we do.
