Has anybody else noticed the merchant services have become unreliable?

I can't work out why, but the last 3 referrals I have set up have all come back "check digits" when I help the customer fill out the payment details. I check them when I type them in, and today I spoke with my latest referral and she was on the verge of cancelling because she thought it was a lot of grief. I have just retyped her details, but if they fail again that's another customer lost, and another referral from my account gone awol.

I havent heard of similar problems with the payment services, yet.
Can you give me a bit more detail on the problem please such as:
Where the error occurs.
Whether it is direct debit details or card details it fails on and if card details which type (s) of card.
A screen grab would be fantastic.
Can you PM me with the usernames of the accounts which have been affected.
Does the problem only occur intermittently and does the system eventually accept the payment details?
Problems with the sign up process are of major concern to us and we will do all possible to identify and rectify this issue.

I have PM'd the details to you Mark. It doesn't seem to be consistent across any card, but one of the accounts wasn't even a card, the customer wanting direct debit only. It just strange how 30+ referrals and I've never had a card been returned until the past few months, then I get 3 in a row.

Once again, I have a customer who's card details have gone awol. The ticket ID is 23138479, and I only updated his details yesterday, and even checked they were accepted after I'd done them, but now they aren't there and he's getting asked to re-enter the card details. I'm sure there's a problem with the card acceptance system.

Mandy, no, the details were accepted perfectly well. Like I said, they were even on the account after I double checked, but somewhere overnight they decided to go for a burton.
