My rolling contract with Plusnet ended on 09th June 2020 but a few days before they took a payment for £50.18. Now I think we pay in advance for PN services, so what info does PN to confirm if they have since refunded me? Also how do I get req'd info to them, as I don't want to clog up the phone lines asking this?
Just to add to the query, apart from changing Broadband supplier, I also switched my current account! Thus something that might have been clear normally, is not this time.
