As an existing customer, am I eligible for the current 6 months half price fibre offer? If I enter my phone number and post code under "Check whats available" on the Plus Net home page I get told:
Our records show that you already have Plusnet broadband If you've seen a deal you like the look of, or want to upgrade, please log in to your account online.
Well yes, I have seen a deal I like the look of. But when I log in to my account online and go to "Product Change" the half price offer is nowhere to be seen. If the offer is only open to new customers then it would be more "honest" if it said so up front.
