Had an email saying sorry your leaving and I’m not??

Didn’t know where to post this but I had an email saying I was going with another service provider and my services will end on 6th April, I’ve tried ringing but can’t get through I just get an automated message saying they can’t answer my call.

I am NOT going with another service provider and I am NOT wanting to leave what can I do to stop this as I haven’t done anything and I’m very confused.

hi  mandy  369    it  a  very  strange   message  to  send  to a  customer  what  i  would   do  mandy   is   go   to   the  forum   and  if   any  of  the  plusnet  help   team   can   pick  this  up  for   you   my  not  get  a  reply the  same  day  but  i  am  sure  one  of  the   help  team   will  rise  a  ticket   for   you   thanks  from  boo1
