HM Retain Added
I may be asking a really silly question here, but I just received an email saying "Our Support Team have opened Question ********* to track an issue on your account."
The message says "HM Retain Added."
I'm moving so I wondered whether the HM stands for home move, but I don't know what the rest of it means. Sorry if this is super obvious!

It's called a retain whenever a customer recontracts with us. In your case, recontracting because of a house move. I don't think the adviser meant to send you that in an e-mail, apologies for any confusion caused.
