Getting out of contract for slow speeds

I routinely have speeds of 0.1 MBps and my connection rarely stays connected for more than 30 mins. I’m trying to back up my work laptop and the first 100mb took over 30 mins to upload.

I’m trying to talk to someone but the calls are disconnecting after about 20 mins on hold.

Anyone have tips on how you can get hold of someone and what evidence you need to provide that your internet is almost non existent?

@breakinpig

You need to raise a complaint as specified at https://www.plus.net/help/legal/complaints-code-of-practice/

A recent post by someone else said that calling before 8am is a good time to phone

Re: Getting out of contract for slow speeds

Thanks Dave,

Really useful, I've raised a ticket, I couldn't find the link to do that previously.

Thanks,

Nick
