I'm wandering why I'm getting redirected to a failed billing page when I'm on direct debit with no issues in paying the bill on time.

Hi Ollie,
Thanks for the reply but if my internet keeps cutting out the rest of my family aren't going to be satisfied if i tell them the problem won't be fixed any time soon, what's the point of me paying for an intermittent service. I know it's not your fault but your review of my account means very little to me if you don't know when it will be fixed.

This is a known issue with a small number of our customer base. It's something being worked on but they don't have a fix date as of yet that we can feed back to our customers. I can appreciate your frustration regarding this and we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
