What is the difference between Plusnet Unlimited and Plusnet Anytime? I'm being billed for both. Is it duplicity? I've tried asking "Jess" and I might as well talk to the wall, she's worse than useless.

Thanks Jim and Ben.
I'm paying £16.99 each for both Anytime and Unlimited, which, together with the call plan charge and call charges, makes my bill way higher than the promises of the TV adverts. £40 odd pounds a time isn't cheap communication!

Hi ossnob,
From looking into this for you I can see that you are paying £16.99 for line rental and £6 for Anytime calls.
The other £16.99 is for your Unlimited broadband package as you are no longer receiving discounts for your package deal. To look at new deals I advise that you call our customer options team on 0800 013 2632 and they will be able to go through all the new deals and existing customer offers that are available to you.
