Full Fibre 300 renewal price £1/month more expensive for my Dad than for me

Hi,

I renewed my Full Fibre 300 early a few weeks ago - the 2 years wasn't up until 7th December. Plusnet offered me £30.99/month which was cheaper than my existing deal so I renewed.

My Dad had his exact same Full Fibre 300 installed on the 27th December 2023, so only 20 days later, but his renewal price is coming up as £31.99/month! Why would this be and how can he get the same price I was offered?

We live on adjacent streets so there shouldn't be any sort of postcode lottery going on!

I would suggest calling Customer Options Team (COTs) to discuss renewal prices.

They can be contacted on 0800 432 0080

Opening hours

• 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
• 9am - 7pm Saturday
• 9am - 6pm Sunday

Just phoned up and they matched my renewal price, so all good.
