Free-online customer referring to Plusnet

Hi
I'm sure this has been answered before, but can't remember the answer.  A friend has had no broadband for ten days, because Tiscali is rubbish.  I am recommending he moves to a decent ISP (guess where?).  I will probably suggest Plusnet, for no reason other than it seems to be sensible to move to the main ISP brand, although I'm with Free-online.
How does he record that I recommended him (since my user name is a FOL one?)  Does the sign up page include the recommender's ISP?

It does indeed include a list to select the VISP you are using.
Alternately, you can use the tools on our Members Centre, email the user and he can click a link.
This will automatically register the referral to yourself.
This is available on the Make a Referral link.

Hi John.
Just get them to enter your username during signup and then select FOL from the drop down box and that's it done or you can do as Phil suggests above.
Dont forget to get them to sign up before 31 Jan so that you can take full advantage of the last days of the referrals promo and get up to £30 bounty payment
