Free 3 months refer's discount

I referred someone on 20 September.  He is all connected and has received his first free month but I have not seen any free stuff (I am getting my referrals from folk who signed up prior to this offer).  I put a ticket (#37302245) in on 22 Nov because my November bill is due on 25th  but 45 hours later no one has responded even though the time quoted was a mere 7.5 hours.  Is everyone in Sheffield on holiday?

I can see one of my colleagues responded early this morning and applied your discounts before today's billing run.

Thanks for that, yes I received an update earlier today but it took 2.5 days before the ticket was picked up rather than the 7.5 hours indicated when I submitted .

Sorry about the delay Merlin, the CSC stats are posted purely as averages but I can see where you're coming from. We're under more strain than usual at the moment following last week's announcement about operational changes but things are starting to improve gradually.
