Fixed term contract ended & overcharged for new contract.

Hi - Please can someone contact me about my latest bill in which I have been overcharged. It is for an amount that would be charged after my 18 month contract ends (just taken out from 25th March for 18 months). Also my account is in my husband's name because he pays but it is my email on the account and I am the one who sorts all the problems out so please tell me what to do to change this - Thank you.

Thank you Jo. I wasn't able to view the ticket in the link. It just said there was an error, but I have received an email saying I will get a refund shortly so thank you for sorting that out so quick.
