Fixed price contract or not?

I took out a fixed price contract on 10th October yet received an email today, 17th Oct, saying I am not on a fixed price contract. Why? Please don't ask me to phone or chat as I've already spent lots of time with that the past few days as the upgrade has not yet been properly implemented. Thanks.
