First payment for new Broadband package

Just ordered Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband today. The order status is showing this ...

First payment: We're taking a first payment of £45.99 for your account.

I have already paid £28.99 today by debit card. 

£45.99 does not add up to what I have ordered anyway.

Can someone explain what's going on please.

Hi Simon,

 

I have checked over your account and we can't see any notification of this.

 

At this stage it looks like a rogue message that has been sent. However, should any charge occur that is incorrect please let us know and we will look into this further with our billing team.

You're right, it was a rouge message in the tracking. All showing correct now cheers.
