First-month payment did not show up in my balance

My contract started on 29th September, before which I made my first payment with £25.99.

However, it seems that the payment disappeared and didn't show up in my balance.

Please tell me where did the money go.

Where did you expect to see this information?

Has a first invoice been raised yet (I doubt it).

If your service started on 29th September, the next billing event will be 28th October, you can expect that to show...

The following month's advanced fees charged
Payment request for the above
