First bill and you are overcharging me!

Yet another issue with the glorious Plusnet.
I have just received my fist payable billing statement and you want to take £33.98 for 1 months internet and line rental. My contract is for £23. 99 per month for 18 months.
This payment is due to leave my account on the 14th or from the 14th so you have time to rectify this bill.
Seriously, I have had problems with literally everything since signing up with you. Can I cancel my contract due to repeated incompetence and failure to provide a service fit for purpose?
Sort this out now Plusnet.

I have not recieved a refund to my accont! Refunds always arrive on the 3rd working day and no later! Yours was processed on the 7th!
Also you have failed to respond to my question about the in inconvenience caused by your mess up and look towards a gesture of goodwill to compensate.
