Hi,
Can I ask plusnet staff why is it for the first two calls of my new phone line with you I was charged a total of £1.20 for those two calls. They were residential calls and I have the anytime service.
No other call was I charged this month bar those first two so I am guessing it seems my anytime service was not activated at the same time my phone line was.
It says
19/08/2014 019127xxxxxx 16:40:48 00:09:00 £0.96
19/08/2014 019126xxxxxx 07:31:13 00:01:00 £0.24
Every single other call was no charge but those two. Can I have this £1.20 refunded as I did no wrong here as I was not told to not make calls as my service was not fully active.
Second question, how do I add the feature offered to us on signup where we can pay £3 per month for free minutes (I think it was 50 minutes per month) to make mobile calls from our landline. I cannot find this on the call features options to upgrade to it.
Thanks

You do call features here https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features
For the mobile minutes I think you have to go through the product change route as it is a different product

Hi anthgood,
Sorry about this anomaly, I'll get them refunded for you now as these definitely should have been inclusive.
Thanks,
Matty
