First Payment Charge [Broadband Order Tracker]

Just checked the broadband order tracker.
It's got the First Payment stage, but something strange is showing. It says "We're taking a first payment of £75.98 for your account.".
I have paid £29.97 as the initial payment upfront, for the first month of BB and Phone Line, plus the cost of delivery of the router.
I have phoned CS and they can't find anything on my account related to this charge, just the initial payment charge.
Does anyone know why it could be saying "We're taking a first payment of £75.98 for your account?"

I can see that there has been no invoice raised on your account for this as you've already been advised. I've asked our billing team to have a look into this what seems to be a glitch.
