First Bill

I might have this wrong, but i am moving over to plusnet in about 2 weeks, i paid for my first months line rental when i signed up, but surely if i am not activated until another two weeks then i am paying for something i am not using, or am i understanding this wrong?.

Yes you've paid the first month, but we won't start counting it until your line is actually connected via us - so you won't pay the second month's line rental until a month after you've been with us.
Hope that clears things up.
