My service was cancelled on 10/8, just over 3 weeks ago. Have not received my final bill yet. I was debited the full amount covering 7/8 - 6/9 (£40.98) for 3 days service. I need Plusnet to cancel my recurring charge so I don't receive another bill on the 7th of this month plus I want my refund processed asap. I have read not to cancel my DD for refund purposes. Thanks.
