Final bill?

Sadly I had to leave PlusNet on 4th Feb and moved over to TalkTalk ([-Censored-] customer service but they are a lot cheaper than PN) I was told by customer service that my final bill would automatically be produced on my normal billing date of the 18th. The 18th has come and gone but I have not received a final bill - to which I believe I am due a refund. My account is still showing as being in the process of closing down. Could somebody please take a look and issue me with a final bill with services ending on the 4th Feb?
