I left plusnet on the 14th January and I'm still waiting for my final bill I should only be charged from the 12th to the 14th but the last bill I paid came to £38 so I am expecting a refund why does it take so long to give me a final bill

As is said above, we wait before generating the final bill. It's so we can generate any additional calls charges that might be on that aren't in call plans. Give us a shout if you have any issues.
