Final bill

Hello,
I left Plusnet on the 20th September and am still waiting for a final bill. Would just just like to know when I might receive this. Many thanks

From other conversations on this topic I believe that final bills are normally produced 21 days after the service is terminated. So probably around 10 days to wait.

@agedgopher is correct, you final bill can take up to 21 days to be generated after the account closes and any monies owing to you or us will be processed at that time.
