Any idea of when i get my final bill please? in my estimate i've estimated around £9 refund but i could be wrong on that lol.

So now i'm being ignored well that's a superb way of convincing me to come back to plusnet when my current bt contract is up.

Thankyou @chris i know the feeling of missing posts i've done it many a time when i was a administrator at a large chat site  hopefully 12 months time you guys will have a deal that tempts me back.
One thing is for sure the grass is not greener on the otherside already regretting joining BT lol.
