Final bill?

I wonder if a member of staff could please help with this?
I have switched my broadband and phone from you to another provider - the transfer took place last Tuesday, 21 July.
Yesterday I rang to query when I would receive my final bill, and was told it would be ‘soon’.
Shortly after that call, I received a few emails from Plusnet - the first telling me my account would be closed on 4th August, then a couple telling me my email account had been closed. I can now no longer access my account in the member portal, but before I was ‘locked out’ I did manage to see an update to ticket number 107791863 which indicated that the amount remaining owing was so small you had written it off.
Please can you confirm whether my account has now been closed or whether I do have to wait until 4 August? Please can you also confirm that there is no amount owing and that I can now cancel the direct debit?

It's all closed down, nothing owed.
