Final bill

Hi,
My plusnet services were disconnected today and I would like to view my final bill.
But when I try to login to the portal it doesn't allow me to. It was working before I left for office.
How do  I access my final bill?

Hi Oli,
Sorry for the confusion, the account has been cancelled. But I have made sure that the final bill has been written off as it was a minimal amount.

Hi olisun,
I suspect that the payment was cleared when the invoice was removed. As you've been promised this would be cleared, I've arranged a refund for you. Please allow ten working days, and please don't cancel the direct debit until you have the money in your account.
So that you can see your final bill, I've given you access to the portal again.
Let me know if there are any further problems and apologies for any confusion.

I have cancelled my direct debit after I realised that the money was taken from my account.
