Final bill not available

Hi guys

We had to move out of our previous flat mid contract. I called Plusnet to cancel the contract on 29/08 and got an email confirming that and the final amount which will be deducted.

Unfortunately, I still haven't received the final bill and no money has been deducted from my account (I have left the DD active). I check the Plusnet account regularly but no bill is showing since the last one which was 01/08. 

Could anyone shed any light as to when the final bill will be generated and when the final amount will be deducted from my account?

I would advise getting in contact with our Customer Options team regarding this as they are the department who can provide all relevant information about your account closure and anything which may have gone wrong with this.
