Hi, I am in the process of moving to Sky from PlusNet - date confirmed and you've emailed me to confirm I am moving services to another provider. Due to a bit of ordering nonsense, the date for changeover is 3/5 instead of 18/4 (my PlusNet billing period date). I've got my April bill (to 18 May 2019) and due to be billed on 30 April. Question is, will you do a part refund for 3/5 to 18/5 once my service moves away? Or do I need to factor this into talking to Sky (they already acknowledge it's their fault for the ordering nonsense).
