I have had an open question on my account since early June but it is being ignored.
The bill is wrong which is why I cancelled the direct debit.
I received an email on the 4th June offering me a new deal as mine was coming to an end.
The email stated that there would be no early termination fee and yet there is one on the final bill.
My phone and broadband ended midnight 20th June but on the bill the broadband is being charged
into August! The only way to get through to the broadband team is by phone!!!
Not much help if you can't use the phone at the moment
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thanks a lot for reaching out. I've had a look into the account and can see that it did not close properly due to an issue with the Broadband cease order. hence the latest bill you've received only contains a broadband product - this is not your final bill.
Going forward, I've closed the account down and have backdated this to 21/06/2021 - the date that the line was taken over. A final bill will soon be produced which will contain credits for any services that have been paid for (with us), but not used - after 21/06/2021.

Still having problems with this.
final bill has an early termination charge but at beginning of June
when Plusnet sent me new offers the email stated there would be no
early termination fee.
please sort this out.
