Final bill and refund

I'm out of contract and left Plusnet for another provider on the 12 Mar (21 days ago).

I have not received a final bill statement nor any refund for the unused part charging period.

I would have expected the whole process to be automated and not affected by COVID-19.

Can any staffers chase this up.
